Concept design deals with the big ideas and potential for your selected site.
Germano Designs specialise in all things custom, and we start with you from scratch with big ideas to make your dream a reality.
Firstly, we will discuss with you design ideas and spatial planning, offering ideas from our vast background and knowledge. We then confirm your brief, consider the opportunities and constraints of your property and then prepare a series of drawings for your consideration.
Additional design briefs may be prepared for external consultants contributing to the project such as Surveyors, Geotech, Engineers, Town Planners, Landscape Architects, and Heritage Consultants. Concept design may also include a preliminary selection of materials and finishes.
DOCUMENTATION
We make consultation easy.
After the Design Stage and Planning Approval, the documentation will then start.
We will work to liaise with all required external consultants such as engineering, energy assessors and building certification to ensure that we package up a complete set of plans ready for your builder to start works on site.
